Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions and generate sales opportunities.
Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions to drive interest and engagement.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote company products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content that resonate with target audiences and drive customer engagement.
Track and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales and marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks, generate leads, and stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to streamline processes, share insights, and align strategies for achieving sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive results.
Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and digital marketing platforms to manage leads, track customer interactions, and measure campaign performance.
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for success, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines consistently.
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales and marketing, with a passion for staying informed about emerging technologies and innovations.
