Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and courteously, ensuring orders are accurate and well-presented.
Set up and clear trays or trolleys in guest rooms, adhering to hotel standards for cleanliness and orderliness.
Assist in preparing room service orders, including collecting items from the kitchen and bar.
Respond to guest requests for additional items, such as extra condiments or utensils, with a positive and helpful attitude.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, room service team, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle guest inquiries regarding menu items, special requests, and room service procedures.

Requirements:

No prior experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical stamina to carry trays and trolleys, and to be on your feet for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
