Position: Room Service Attendant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
Set up trays, carts, and tables for room service orders.
Follow hotel procedures to ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
Provide courteous and efficient service while addressing guest requests.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of room service trays and carts.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to meet guest needs.
Restock room service supplies and maintain proper inventory levels.
Follow health and safety standards in food handling and service.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the hotel management.

Requirements:
Previous experience in room service, hospitality, or food and beverage service is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Physical ability to carry trays and push carts.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
