We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Hire, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that the store maintains a clean and organized appearance at all times.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
