Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Support staff in their duties, including assisting customers, restocking, and visual merchandising.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular audits.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and effective manner.
Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed by all staff members.
Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
