Position: Retail Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
Provide product information and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
Operate the cash register to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock deliveries.
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
Set up and maintain product displays and signage.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Assist with inventory management and report any stock discrepancies.
Participate in daily store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
