Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Organize merchandise displays and assist in inventory management.
Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
Support promotional activities and store events.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in using a POS system and basic computer skills.
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
Ability to handle cash transactions and work in a fast-paced environment.
