We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor in Dubai. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff.
Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
