Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Oversee inventory management, reducing waste while ensuring the availability of high-quality products.
Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a Restaurant Supervisor in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels in Dubai or similar settings.
Expertise in managing high-profile clients and VIP guests.
Personality:
Charismatic, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to build rapport with guests and foster a positive dining environment.
Skills:
Extensive knowledge of fine dining service, food presentation, and wine pairings.
Proficiency in reservation systems, POS software, and guest service management tools.
Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, or Russian) are an advantage.
Appearance: Immaculate grooming and presentation, meeting luxury standards.
