Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of our establishment. Your leadership skills, hospitality expertise, and business acumen will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, food quality, and cleanliness.
Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Schedule shifts, manage staffing levels, and ensure smooth staffing coordination.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings meet quality standards.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets through effective marketing and promotions.
Analyze financial reports and budgets to make informed decisions for profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
Business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred.
