This role involves customer interaction, attention to detail, and providing exceptional service to meet guest needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
Manage Reservations via phone, email, or online systems, ensuring accuracy.
Provide Information on room availability, rates, and hotel services to customers.
Process Payments and handle deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
Update Reservation System to maintain accurate records and prevent overbooking.
