Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our school as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, providing administrative support and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments.
Assist in handling inquiries from parents, students, and the public, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resources.
Maintain the school’s general email account and respond to inquiries promptly.
Manage student attendance records and assist in maintaining student files.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for school staff and administration.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Help organize and manage school events, including logistics and communication with participants.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the school office.
