Position: Hotel Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a hospitality environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Process payments and issue invoices using the hotel’s booking system.
Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality is a plus).
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
