Job Overview:
We are seeking a welcoming and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Manage and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Respond to general inquiries and provide information about the company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
