Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, ensuring they receive a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office or hotel.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information to visitors regarding services, directions, and general inquiries.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition at all times.
Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
Address guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain a log of visitor information, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Provide clerical support to the management team as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
