Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any defects or issues before product release.
Collaborate with software developers and product managers to communicate defects and ensure timely resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and implement best practices to enhance product quality.
Document test results, defects, and other relevant information to track and report on product quality metrics.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing methodologies.
Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
