Description

We are looking for a PURCHASING ASSISTANT/STORE IN CHARGE.He/She should:

Coordinate and keeping track of all ongoing projects, Site-engineers, workers to make sure all the required materials are delivered at site.
Purchasing of all the required materials for site project and office supplies.
Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
Sourcing materials and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Ensuring all materials are delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
Request and followup quotations from suppliers for the specified materials
Procurement of materials required locally and internationally.
Evaluation of quotations received for each required materials, to be submitted with approval of GM.
Keeping track and coordination with the drivers, foremen, workers.
