A new and innovative brand of a well-established Maintenance, MEP, and cleaning company in Dubai is in need of a Maintenance Manager cum Business Development (Male -age limit 25 to 40) offering and bringing new range of residential and Commercial Maintenance Cleaning solutions to government, education institutes and residential and commercial buildings/villas, homes, apartments, condos, shopping centers, and office complexes EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO BE BUSINESS PARTNER

The main goal is to bring new business from Facilities Management, MEP Civil Services and Building Maintenance Services. There is real career progression opportunity within this business, so we are looking for someone that wants to develop themselves and is looking for our business to grow with him.

Your main responsibilities will include

 Identify new business opportunities for Facilities Management, MEP Civil Services and UAE Building Maintenance Services across Dubai and Sharjah

 Build strong relationships with owner and companies and get contacts for maintenance and repairs

 Selling the full solution to potential clients and to have good relations with contractors, consultants to obtain new business opportunity

 Gather business intelligence to strategically place this business in a position to tender for new accounts

 Liaise between the client and internal staff to ensure the highest level of service is maintained.

 Ability to build strong professional relationships and must have sound knowledge of Marketing, Business Development, Sales/Operations role within facilities and building maintenance.

 Operational experience of how a facilities management company works.

 To Demonstrable experience in managing and winning bids and tenders.

 To build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and to keep prospects database up-to-date.

 Utilize approved outside contractors for larger jobs

 Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance

 Source, hire and train helpers and maintenance staff

 Provide guidance and direction to maintenance team

 Previous experience in the commercial cleaning service & maintenance sector will be highly regarded

 A clear understanding of the UAE residential and commercial building market

Employment Experience:

 At least 5 years UAE experience in similar role and Business Development and Marketing experience is beneficial

 Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with Engineering background preferred

 Job Location: UAE

 License: Must have an operating vehicle and valid driver’s license
