As a Production Supervisor at ALGOC, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Manage and direct the work of production staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
