Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack items accurately based on customer orders
Utilize appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure product safety during transit
Perform quality checks on items before packaging
Prepare and label packages for shipment
Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize and fulfill orders
Maintain a clean and organized packing area
Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the supervisor
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
Assist in inventory management tasks as needed
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in picking and packaging, preferably in a warehouse setting
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment
Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights
Familiarity with packaging materials and methods
Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
