Welcome to Al-Nameer Group. We are looking for Pastry Chef / Bakery Chef for our company Hot N Fresh Pastry Factory LLC (location Ajman, United Arab Emirates). Prepare Variety of Fatayer, Puffs and Different pies products in regular basis. 2. Develops, designs, or creates new ideas and items for bakery/pastry kitchen. 3. Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products. 4. Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards. 5. Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor. 6. Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions. 7. Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions. 8. Assists in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays. 9. Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel. 10.Ability to focus attention on Production needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Job Requirements and Qualifications:1. Minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience with Food & Beverage industry. 2. Minimum knowledge of 5 years hands on daily production. Menu changes as required. 3. Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or similar role. 4. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. 5. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. 6. Professional Certificate in Art of Baking and Pastry industry.Visa Requirements: We will assist successful applicants with the visa process and provide accommodations.Candidate should preferably have previous experience preferably in UAE in a similar role with a Food & Beverage chain.
