Packing Helper for Chocolate Factory

Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in packing chocolates accurately and securely according to company standards.
Ensure all items are packed correctly and are ready for shipment.
Label and seal packages appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
Handle chocolates carefully to avoid damage.
Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies.
Follow safety and hygiene procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
