Position: Order Taker

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Ensure timely and accurate communication with kitchen and service staff
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service quality

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of menu items and food offerings
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
