This role will oversee and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Plan, organize, and prioritize operational workflows and schedules to meet production targets, customer demands, and service level agreements.
Monitor and evaluate operational processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all operational activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, facilities, and work areas, addressing maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and customer service, to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
Develop and implement training programs and performance metrics to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity.
Analyze operational data and performance metrics, preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management review and strategic decision-making.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among operational staff.
Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, demonstrating effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Proven experience in operations management, supervision, or leadership roles, preferably in [industry or sector].
