Required Office Boy cum Driver for a company in Dubai– Open & Close office on Daily basis. • Welcoming visitors, Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors. • Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption for a group 40 persons. • Deliver & Pick up Correspondences & Other documents to and f • Deal with Basic office helping duties (Scanning / Photocopies of Documents, Filing them in the respective Box Files etc.) • Maintain cleanliness of the office equipment and furniture, making sure it is working properly. • Fixing and replacing inks and cartridges of printers. • Answers the telephone if necessary. • Arranging files and invoices in chronological order. • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. • Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents and others to the person concern.SHOULD HAVE UAE DRIVING LICENSE MANDATORY
