Description
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation.
Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the office environment.
Assist management and other staff with ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
