Job Responsibilities:

Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of hotel financial transactions.
Verify and balance revenue, accounts receivable, and guest accounts.
Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel activities, occupancy rates, and financial data.
Handle guest inquiries and requests during the overnight shift.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for late arriving or departing guests.
Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies as needed.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and front desk area.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
