Job Overview:
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial data, analyzing financial performance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Your expertise in financial reporting and budget analysis will be crucial in driving efficiency and profitability for the hotel.

* Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Monitor financial performance against budget and highlight discrepancies.
Collaborate with department heads to understand financial requirements and provide financial guidance.
Support the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

*Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar finance role.
Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office suite.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
