Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing functionality and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
Collaborate with other team members to address facility-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Monitor building security and safety by performing regular checks.
Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related role.
Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
Basic computer skills for recording maintenance activities.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
