Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, contributing to a positive and safe experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
Respond promptly to guest requests and facility issues
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and furniture
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
