Job Key Details:
· Direct the service activities and settle customer relations issues,
· Offer information to assist the customer in obtaining optimum performance of services
· Coordinate with Supervisors and Management.
· Ensure customer satisfaction as well as compliance with policies and standards
· Serve as the first point of contact for complaints
· Develop problem solving methodologies to settle customer issues
· Keep up complete and accurate customer correspondence data
Job Qualifications and Experience:
· Good communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
· Should be able to apply critical thinking skills to fix difficult issues.
· Must be proficient in English Written and Verbal communication.
· Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills.
· Must have work in management level customer service environment and good understanding of technology.
· Good data entry skills required

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
