Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate logistics staff to achieve operational goals.
Plan and optimize routes for the timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners.
Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of company vehicles.
Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards.
Resolve operational issues and address customer inquiries.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
