Are you organized and experienced in logistics management? Join our team in Dubai as a Logistics Officer and oversee the efficient movement of goods and materials!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, customs paperwork, and other logistics-related documentation.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs officials to resolve any logistical issues.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Implement and maintain safety and quality control standards in logistics operations.
Prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and operational metrics.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a logistics officer or in a similar logistics management role.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
A degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
