Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient logistics processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and delivery of products or materials.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and meet delivery deadlines.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to manage logistics operations.
Arrange transportation and shipment details, including booking freight carriers.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transportation activities.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or deliveries.
Assist in preparing shipping documents and customs clearance processes.
Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Communicate with customers and partners regarding order status and delivery updates.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in logistics activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with transportation regulations and customs procedures.
Those who can communicate in English & Hindi will be preferred on high basis
