Description
We are looking for a Logistics Administrator for our Logistics Department. You will be responsible for running our warehouse efficiently as per the safety measures. You will be providing support for all the supply chain procedures that is order processing, order fulfillment and managing shipping documentation.
Responsibilities
Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation, warehouse and customer services.
Developing shipment plans as per product availability and request from customers.
Make sure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOPs.
Making arrangements for the transportation of products.
Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.
Requirements
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Logistics Administration, Warehouse Associate or a similar role.
Proficiency in Logistics Software Database or Transport Management System.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lead the order processing cycle.
