Job Description:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the efficient movement of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate shipments, track inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics costs
Track shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issues
Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Assist in warehouse and inventory management as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred)
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination preferred
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
