Welcome to cancelled visa, visit / tourist visa to apply immediately.KEY FUNCTIONSShould be well known knowledgeable for ‘FIDIC’ and draft vetting.Provides legal and administrative support for the legal officers by serving as the project lead on various departmental and institution projects as assigned, including both short-term and ongoing projects.Under the supervision of the management, negotiates terms and conditions of routine agreements.Handles highly confidential employment law and Human Resources assignments.Manually prepares drafts of documents, utilizing word processing software.Completes drafts and revisions according to agreed-upon schedules.Circulates original contracts and agreements in final version to necessary signatories, both within MD Anderson and outside the institution.Organizes and maintains all contract, general business, and subject files, and assists as necessary.Maintains an independent caseload of contract projects, focusing primarily on education agreements; and prepares drafts of contracts, other legal documents, and routine correspondence and office memoranda. Upon completion of draft, visually proofreads document. Proofreads and edits contracts and other legal documents, routine correspondence and office memoranda for other General Business and Education support staff and legal officers as required.Obtains original or copies of records and other documentation from institutional departments and employees, outside agencies, and other attorneys.QUALIFICATIONSEducation Required: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Administration, Business Administration or related field.Experience Required: Four years of experience in a gulf country law office environment, two years of reviewing, analyzing, drafting, or negotiating contracts.Regards Human Resources Department
