A well renewed group of companies in UAE is looking for a highly qualified Leasing or Property Manager.Requirements:Min 10 years of proven experience as a leasing manager in UAE Experience in Commercial, Mall Management / shopping malls will be considered. The ability to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the real estate market. Degree in Business Administration, or Marketing Good sense of advertising and marketing strategies Arabic Language skills essential, able to read, write and speak fluently. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Track record of continuous improvement and learning. A candidate must present in UAE with valid driving license.Job Responsibilities:Manage and lead all leasing programs and activities including planning and development, leasing management and budget forecast in order to maximize rental , thereby increasing various malls profitability with the most desirable and productive tenants: long-term & short term leasing Engage in marketing campaigns and on-campus events. Draft comprehensive marketing and leasing plan. Monitor leasing administration, Manage daily and weekly marketing and leasing reports. Use social media to enhance exposure, develop client loyalty and improve brand awareness. Gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties on vacancies, major tenants, small tenancy and lease expiration. Meet tenants to encourage leasing relations. Draft proposals, lease offers and documents on incoming and current tenancies. Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions, Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation Assist with developing the Specialty Leasing budget and business plan and establish objectives as required Research and report to Management on competitive Leasing and Specialty leasing trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas of the mall.
