Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team. As Kitchen Staff, you will play a crucial role in preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking meats, and assembling dishes according to recipes
Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of food products
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
Monitor food inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
Adhere to portion control and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed to keep the kitchen area organized and functional
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from kitchen supervisors or chefs
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
