Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Helpers. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our chefs and kitchen staff in preparing and serving delicious meals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities:
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed.
Properly handle and store food products, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Empty trash bins, clean dishes, and perform other kitchen maintenance tasks.
Assist in food plating and presentation, following chef’s instructions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors of shortages.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen helper or similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs and kitchen staff.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
