Job Responsibilities:
Assist with basic office tasks like copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Welcome visitors and clients warmly.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Help schedule meetings and appointments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Keep track of office supplies and order when necessary.
Assist with data entry and other simple administrative duties.
Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior office experience required; we provide training.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
