** JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR LEGAL COUNSEL – Dammam, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia **Our client, a semi Government entity seeks a LEGAL COUNSEL – Dammam, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia** Work Location :- Dammam, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia** Job Requirement :- Bachelor s Degree, minimum LLM required  Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in commercial & contractual law matters  Ability to review, negotiate and draft all sorts of contracts (service agreements, supply & license agreements in relation to products/solution and/or software, subcontract).  Knowledge and experience in the legal system of Saudi Arabia.  Knowledge and experience in a western legal system (US, E.U., U.K., Canada or Australia)  Work experience in the areas commercial law, Agency and Distributor, contract law is preferred.Candidates who match the above criteria may send their CV to [email protected] with the job title in subject line.
