IT Support Specialist Required
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Troubleshoot system failures, connectivity problems, and software errors
Respond to IT-related queries and resolve user issues efficiently
Maintain IT security, update antivirus software, and monitor system performance
Assist in setting up new user accounts, emails, and access permissions
Manage and maintain IT inventory and documentation
Collaborate with other departments to optimize IT solutions
Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with IT security, firewalls, and data protection protocols
Experience with hardware maintenance and software installation
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
