Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage software licenses.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are implemented and followed.
Provide training and support to users on IT-related topics.
Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions for future reference.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless technology operations.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with network technologies (e.g., LAN, WAN, VPN) and cybersecurity principles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
