Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and privacy.
Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, including software upgrades and system migrations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications may be considered.
Proven experience in IT support roles, with strong technical proficiency in operating systems, networking, and security.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ticketing systems for incident and problem management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels.
