Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and transactions
Verify the accuracy of physical stock against system records
Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system data
Generate reports on inventory discrepancies and suggest corrective actions
Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to address inventory issues
Monitor and analyze inventory movements to identify trends or irregularities
Assist in implementing and improving inventory control processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Inventory Auditor or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficient in using inventory management systems and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
