Position: Inventory Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments.
Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise and supplies.
Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
Update inventory records in the store’s database system.
Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to manage inventory needs.
Help with the preparation of inventory reports and analyses.
Ensure a clean and organized inventory storage area.
Assist with other tasks related to store operations as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory management, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
