Position: Inventory Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Assistant to support our inventory control team. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking stock levels, receiving shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records to maintain a smooth flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
Ensure that products and materials are stored properly and labeled correctly.
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to fulfill inventory needs.
Assist in the preparation of inventory reports as required.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related role is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using inventory management software or basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical ability to lift and move inventory items.
