Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
Create conceptual designs, mood boards, and design presentations that align with client expectations.
Develop detailed interior design plans, including layouts, furniture selections, color schemes, and materials.
Source and select furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that complement the overall design concept.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and installation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the design and construction phases.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions.
Present design proposals and recommendations to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a design firm or architecture studio.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
Strong creative and conceptual design skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
