Job Opportunity: Income Auditor & Accounts Receivable in Dubai

A prestigious hotel in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Income Auditor & Accounts Receivable professional to join our finance team. If you have a strong background in income auditing and accounts receivable management, excellent analytical skills, and an eye for accuracy, we invite you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Income Auditing: Conduct daily audits of hotel revenues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable transactions and collections, ensuring timely payment from clients and resolving payment discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, summaries, and statements related to income audit and accounts receivable activities.
Reconciliation: Reconcile income and accounts receivable data with financial records, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
Customer Communication: Interact with clients regarding billing inquiries, outstanding payments, and payment methods, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of income audit reports, accounts receivable transactions, and client communications.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accounting regulations, and legal requirements in all income and accounts receivable processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Income Auditor, Accounts Receivable Specialist, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office Suite, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue recognition principles is an advantage.
